Placing orders on line
Most on line orders will use credit card as the method of payment,
however we will accept Purchase Orders from Government Agencies,
Universities, previous customers, and many Corporate customers.
Simply choose e-mail as the payment method on the Customer Detail
page when checking out and include the PO number. Of course,
you may also use pricing as you find it on the site and consider it
as a quote, including it on your purchase order form which you can
FAX or e-mail to us. WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY -
ALL CONTACT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS ENTERED ON A SECURE

Generic e-mail addresses
Orders linked to generic e-mail addresses (Hotmail, gmail, MSN, etc)
will not be accepted without confirmation of authenticity - if you
have Corporate, University, or Government related e-mail address
please use that for correspondence.
Product Delivery and Lead Times
Our goal is
to deliver ordered products as quickly as possible - lead times for
our products vary widely. Frame grabbers and software can
typically ship within a week if not immediately, camera product lead
times can vary from one to four weeks. We will notify you as
quickly as we can after receipt of order with an expected ship date.
If you need the information more quickly, or prior to the placement
of an order, please contact us by phone. IF ORDERING BY CREDIT
CARD PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE ORDER
Canceling an Order
In the event that
you need to cancel an order placed online, please call I-CUBE Customer
Service using the numbers listed under "Contact Information."
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive
cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the
carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once
received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts
intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department
using the numbers listed under "Contact Information" within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment,
or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
We accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United States
and its territories, or to APO/FPO addresses. We also accept
orders from customers in many countries outside the United States -
if you would like to inquire about shipments to a specific country,
please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.
Shipping charges generated by processing on-line orders DO NOT apply
to international orders. Customer is responsible for all
customs charges, taxes, duties, and fees.
All Prices Subject to Change Without Prior Notice
Unless specifically defined as an evaluation order with right of
return, all orders are assumed to be final. Any returns must be
handled through I-CUBE Customer Service using the numbers listed under
"Contact Information" or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns will be accepted without an issued RMA. Returns may be subject to a restock fee.
Except to the extent prohibited by law, we will assess a late charge
if you do not pay on time. You must pay these late charges when we
bill you for them. The late charge will be the lesser of 1.5% of the
unpaid amount each month or the maximum rate that is permitted by
law. We may use a third party to collect past due amounts. You must
pay for all reasonable costs we incur to collect any past due
amounts. These costs may include reasonable attorneys' fees and
other legal fees and costs.
We're Concerned About Privacy
As a general policy, no
personal information is automatically collected from visitors to our
site. However, certain non-personal information about visitors is
recorded by the standard operation of I-CUBE Internet servers.
We do not engage in the practice of selling our customer lists or
customer information to third parties.
Standard shipping terms are FOB Shipping Point, freight prepaid and
added; we will gladly bill freight to your shipper account if
provided. If FOB Destination or freight included pricing is
required, please e-mail

Only select items are currently available for Next Day Air Delivery.
If expedited shipment is desired, request this in the text field
provided on the order page. You will be notified as to stock
status or drop ship capability as quickly as possible, and offered
various methods of expedited delivery.
Next Day Air and Second Day
Air shipment items must be ordered prior to 2 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Monday – Friday, pending payment authorization.
Most items listed on the
I-CUBE web site will ship within a week after receipt of order,
however some items may have extended lead times. To find out the exact
lead-time for a particular product, contact us using the numbers
listed under "Contact Information" or
